How to Measure Cervix
The cervix should be measured while you are on your period as it usually comes lower during heavy flow.Insert a clean finger down there and look for your cervix – it should feel like the tip of your nose. Do not confuse the pubic bone (which is hard and bony) with the cervix (which is soft and squishy).
